Yoha Meets The Official Staff: Resilience
Yoha is a complete artist. He is very focused on melodies and that is why his whole, new album is so good. He started to work with the Official Staff with just one song that turned into a whole album called "Resilience." The album tackles the subjects of reggae: struggle, pain, politics, struggle, love and good times. The album starts with the title, which could easily be called 'Life. 'Why You Mess With Me' is a woman chasing away her man while 'Tonight I'll Be Your Man' is just the opposite of a man waiting to be the woman of his desires. The first single is 'Nature's Time' and it's one of the best. It's a 'mystic life.' 'Get Up Now Stand Up Man' is about having a good time. Yoha's not a native English speaker and you would never really know until the good tune 'What Do Yo Think It Is Better.' There's something that doesn't make sense in the lyrics yet the song is great. Love how that can happen. If you love reggae music, then you will love 'The Power of Reggae.' The power of reggae gives those a voice that go through 'Pain & Suffering.' Lastly, Yoha approaches the all too popular 'Fake Leaders.' The album ends with two great dubs of 'Pain & Suffering' & 'Resilience.' The album should be out anytime now. Here's the only 2 songs released publicly and it's 2 of the best from the new album.
