REGGAE

"Sunshine Love Riddim"
There are two stand out tracks on this riddim: Tarrus Riley & Busy Signal. 'When it's 'Crying Time.' Sounds like a situation of leaving a relationship too soon. In other words, you should not have left so soon because now it's 'Crying Time.' I was there for you and you left. Now you're trying to come back and it is too late. Most of us can relate that are 35 and over. The biggest and baddest tune on Sunshine Love is Busy Signal's 'Show You I Care.' 'I want to show you how much I care.' A new style of delivery for Busy yet his singing is what stands strong. Love the line 'A penny for your thoughts but a million for your smile.' The Signal sings the chorus and jaggedly delivers the verses. Interesting style of delivery.

SOCA

Various Artists "SLS Riddim"
BIg bad groovy soca riddim from Lashley Winter & the TeamFoxx family. Every tune carries a vibe from M1's 'Lavway.' It's a sweet tune with a sweet melody good for a 'Quarter Pass Wine' from BlaKa Dan & Salty. A real party started to get everyone whining. This ends up turning into a 'Soca Love Story' from Motto. Then the family comes next and bring over the cousins for 'Chutney Melody.'
