A common theme this week for all the music is either an old vibe or its a bit of an older yet new release. Enjoy!

NEW KULCHA LATINO RELEASES

Ganjahr Family - 'No Podran' & 'Global'

Ganjar Family Spain

Spain is my new favorite place & I've never been there. The music I have been discovering there over the last year, makes me wonder if they know how to put out bad music. Everything I am hearing is so good. The newest discovery is Ganjahr Family & their two albums I got 'No Podran' & 'Global' do not have a bad song on them. The newest one being  'Global' from a little over a year ago. If you love modern roots reggae sung in Spanish, this could be your new favorite band.

NEW REGGAE RELEASES

Tóke & The Soultree Collective - 'Open The World'

Toke Ras Muhamad Open The World

Toke of Germany & Ras Muhamad of Indonesia have united to do 'Open The World.' A nice tune we spoke about when the album 'Wake Up Inna Kingston' released last year.

Yellam - 'One Way'

Yellam One Way

Yellam 'One Way' has released as a video. Another release we spoke of when the album released last year.

Replay Riddim Mix

Replay-Riddim-2017

This next release could possibly fall under dancehall, it does have a reggae feel to it just a bit more uptempo. It's the Replay riddim. Its also based on a previous release General Degree's 'Feeling Irie,' which was from his return Ep from last year called 'From The 90's.' The other stand out cuts on the riddim are Lukie D's 'Lock Dem Down' & Zagga's 'Remote.'

The Weirdo Riddim

Weirdo Riddim

The Weirdo riddim releases with a different vibe. Lots of unknown artists and a different start to a new riddim. When it starts it doesn't even sound like reggae and then it breaks into a naturally good sounding reggae riddim. Devine Songz 'Song For Mama' is my favorite track on the riddim even with veterans Ed Robinson and the other top track from Thriller U with 'Isn't It Wonderful.' Speaking of the greatest thing is to love & be loved.

Three Houses Down - 'Love & Affection'

Three Houses Down - Love & Affection

Lastly, Three Houses Down - 'Love & Affection' (Feat. General Fiyah) out New Zealand is a dream come true as son and relative General Fiyah joins his family on this new tune. He's a young kid and shows lots of maturity on this 'love' song. Impressive on his singing and how he handles the topic.
