Instead of not doing a blog this week we decided to list a bunch of good songs that released. I did not find anything great just good. Maybe this should be the start of an additional playlist? What do you think?

REGGAE ROCK N DUB
“Sublime Meets Mad Professor & Scientist In LBC”
The band that started the reggae rock, surfer reggae and put American reggae on the worldwide map as we know it today, Sublime has released an album of 6 fan favorites in dub. A move that will take dub to a whole new audience and send dub aka shok waves through the muzik industry. The best dub masters alive today are Scientist & Mad Professor and they take Sublime to a different stratosphere with this dub album. (Too bad Lee Scratch Perry did not get in on this before his passing. He was a major influence.)
Wasting no time, ‘Caress Me Down’ gets the Kulcha Latino Scientist dub mix. Much more latin lyrics than ever before. ‘Santeria’ gets the heavy dub treatment that would make for a great sing along at a live DJ session because it only brings in part of the vocals. The other treat is to hear that lead guitar in this song as a solo......brilliant. ‘Hong Kong Phooey Dub’ is the best of what dub can do to really showcase a bands essence in one song. The way Mad Professor really dubs this one out the changes the tempo, takes a journey into dubstep/drum n’ bass into a rocked out dub and back to the original dub. This makes this track beyond conceivable. ‘’Pawn Shop Dub’ is a real testament to the strength of this song, it’s lyrics and melody because this dun version makes you realize it through the mixes teasing effect. ‘April 29, 1996 (Miami) Dub’ ‘Garden Grove’ is only average on this album otherwise a great Dub on any other dub project. It just goes to show the caliber and quality of this album. Set the trend by listening now
REGGAE ROCK
Tribal Seeds feat The Movement ‘Breath Easy’
DANCEHALL/AFROBEAT
Boybreed 'Set'
In our opinion one of the better Afrobeat sounding duos out today. 'Set' is a hybrid of dancehall & afrobeat. 'Bum Bilam' is a catchy afrobeat tune. 'One More Try' is a nice melodic R&Bish afrobeat tune. Well worth the listen.
KULCHA LATINO
Locos Por Juana 'Mundo En Llamas'
It's Stick Figures' 'World On Fire' in Spanish.
