Instead of not doing a blog this week we decided to list a bunch of good songs that released. I did not find anything great just good. Maybe this should be the start of an additional playlist? What do you think?

Junior Thompson 'Only Love Ja'
It is said that love can solve all problems. Well Junior Thompson's new single has love at the heart of the solution for Jamaica at the moment & we could not agree with him more. Jr sings ' only love can make Jamaica right, only love can make Jamaica nice, only love can make us all unite.' His melody is sweet, too. The only problem with the song is it's too short.
SKA CHRISTMAS
Half Past Two 'Breakdown For Christmas'
One of our favorite newer ska bands Half Past Two release an original Christmas song called 'Breakdown For Christmas.' A song that could really play anytime since since the topic is basically about a break up that went bad and happened at Christmas. Great traditional ska sounding track with the attitude and sound of lead singer Tara Hahn make for our favorite original song of the season.

Minna La Fortune "Caribbean Christmas"
The beauty of this new release is it's all original lyrics and music. Ask yourself whens the last time you heard an all original Christmas album. We can't, for that reason alone, we want to encourage those to do it and show love to Minna LaFortune because it's Christmas. She asked for it in 'Send Me Some Love At Christmas.' Minna covers all the stops and topics witha Caribbean twist.
