SHOK WAVE: NEW MUSIC RELEASES 11/7/2022

SHOK WAVE is your weekly new REGGAE music blog. SHOK WAVE finds music that is out there in the form of Reggae, Dancehall, Soca, Ska, Dub, Reggae Rock & anything else musical with a Caribbean origin and in any language.

Here is what we found this week.......Enjoy!

Instead of not doing a blog this week we decided to list a bunch of good songs that released. I did not find anything great just good. Maybe this should be the start of an additional playlist? What do you think?

REGGAE

Young Israelites 'Please (Don't Ever Let Me Go)'
One of our favorites new, young bands returns with a great new Lover's Rock in a style closest to Rocksteady and that old school vibe of reggae. It's a song to your lover that 'always has your back.'
The Human Rights 'When She's Gone'
A sweet Lover's Rock tune that turns into a 'dancehall vibe' because she hopes to get a little wine. The basis is a Lover's Rock as singer sings about when his girl is gone. Treson holds done the vocals while Friendlyness has to touch it because it wouldnt be a Human Rights record without him. From their latest album "Reggae Strong."
