Order of Distinction from the Jamaican Government!
The following Reggae Singers are set to receive the Order of Distinction from the Jamaican Government: former Third World reggae band member William ‘Bunny Rugs’ Clarke, who is being honoured posthumously; reggae artiste Rexton Gordon; popularly known as “Shabba Ranks” and another reggae great Gregory Isaacs, who is being recognised posthumously. Kulcha Shok Muzik salutes our greats. The National Honours and Awards ceremony will be held on National Heroes Day, Monday, October 17 on the lawns of the King’s House, the official residence of the governor general of Jamaica.
